 Car Rental Services

At Exclusive Uganda Safaris, we do have a fleet of safari vehicles which are released on free mileage. All our vehicles are 4×4 and capable of taking you any where with out having any failure. They are all comprehensively insured and our driver guides have driving permits. We always ensure a window seat for every one on a safari especially those which consist of game viewing.
In case of a big mechanical problem, we always do provide another car of the same type so as to continue with your tour program. Besides availing another car, we have motor mechanics in almost every part of the country who can be called upon to help in fixing the vehicle.
Among the vehicle we hire and also use on our safaris include: Omnibuses, Land cruisers, coasters, and small saloon vehicles for town running tours.

Our Safari prices
Due to competition, we do offer good and flexible safari quotes. We consider client’s needs, interests, budget, period of travel, number of days and size of the group before we provide the prices for the safari package. We also offer a discount of 10% to our repeat visitors, tour operators and large group tourists who decide to take their tours with us.

Confirmed Bookings
Upon confirmation of your safari, a 25% deposit is required so as to book your accommodation, Permits (depending on the safari package) and also other activities. Balance is paid 30 days before the start of the safari while using Wire transfers or Credit Cards.

Mode of Payment:
We use bank wire transfer method and also accept Visa credit cards for deposit payment.
